They’re going to have to answer for this in the afterlife.
A sinful couple attacked and robbed a worker inside a Manhattan church Wednesday after he asked the pair not to block the doors to the house of worship, cops and sources said.
The 67-year-old Holy Cross Church employee confronted the sinful man and woman and asked them not to sit on the steps of the church near Times Square at around 2 p.m., police said.
The worker snapped a cellphone pic of the couple when they refused to budge and went inside to call 911 — but the sacrilegious pair flew into a rage and followed him inside the Hell’s Kitchen spot, cops and sources said.
The couple snatched his phone from his hands and clocked him in the forehead, leaving him with a cut and swelling before they fled south on Ninth Avenue, police said.
Both suspects are believed to be in their 20s with dark complexions – with the man described as heavyset, last seen wearing a short-sleeved beige flannel shirt over a black T-shirt with blue jeans and gray sneakers, sources said.

The woman was spotted wearing a black hoodie, blue jeans and white sneakers, while carrying a black crossbody bag and a white plastic shopping bag, according to the sources.
The victim was taken to Mount Sinai West hospital with non-life-threatening injuries, cops said.
