Trump calls Israel’s attack on Iran ‘excellent’ — and warns ‘a lot more’ to come

President Trump on Friday described Israel’s attack on Iran as “excellent” — and warned there’s “a lot more” to come as he blamed Tehran for not taking a nuclear deal earlier.

“I think it’s been excellent,” Trump told ABC News in the wake of Israel’s deadly onslaught of strikes.

“They got hit hard, very hard. They got hit about as hard as you’re going to get hit. And there’s more to come. A lot more.”

Asked if the US was involved in the attack in any way, Trump said: “I don’t want to comment on that.”

His remarks come soon after Trump blamed Iran for forcing Israel to hit its nuclear program — as he urged Tehran to finally make a deal “before there is nothing left.”

“I gave Iran chance after chance to make a deal,” Trump wrote in a flurry of Truth Social posts.

“I told them, in the strongest of words, to ‘just do it,’ but no matter how hard they tried, no matter how close they got, they just couldn’t get it done.”
