The officer gently asks, “You know no one can touch your private areas?”

The boys respond by saying, “yes,” according to the audio first obtained and published by TMZ.

The officer then asks if Busfield ever touches their private parts, which the boys both denied. “But he didn’t touch that part,” the boy, known as S.L., responded to the officer in one clip.

“No, he’s never touched me,” the boy, known as V.L., added in a separate audio recording.

The audio was presented by Busfield’s attorney in a New Mexico court on Monday, calling it an “unequivocal denial” of their allegations of inappropriate touching,

The audio was submitted to the court ahead of a hearing scheduled for Tuesday.

It will determine if the “West Wing” actor will be released on bail pending trial.
