A twisted New Jersey special education teacher copped to sexually assaulting her 15-year-old student who she exchanged more than 25,000 text messages with during the sickening tryst, prosecutors said.
Allison Havemann-Niedrach, a former Freehold Intermediate School educator, pleaded guilty to first-degree aggravated sexual assault in Monmouth County Superior Court Wednesday, according to the Monmouth County Prosecutor’s Office.
The 45-year-old married mother of two faces 12 years behind bars when she is sentenced in May.
The sicko was busted in June 2024 after authorities discovered she had been molesting the eighth-grade student for about six months, during which the pair exchanged thousands of text messages.
Authorities began probing the Jackson Township woman when the school’s vice principal reported concerns about her relationship with the teen after another teacher allegedly saw her rubbing his neck and back, touching his leg, and flirting, prosecutors said.

The boy — who allegedly bragged to his friends he was dating his teacher — eventually admitted to cops he had sex with the predatory suspect when his mom dragged him to the police station.
Havemann-Niedrach, who started working at Freehold Intermediate in March 2022, must surrender her teaching license and register as a sex offender under the terms of her plea agreement, prosecutors said.
On her LinkedIn page, she described herself as a “passionate, results-driven and sincere educator.”
Havemann-Niedrach’s attorney did not immediately respond to The Post’s request for comment.
