Using an airfryer, you can make Arbi Tuk and give a healthy spin to the classic Sindhi dish. Nikunj Agarwal has a delicious recipe.

- 250g of Arbi or taro (half boiled and peeled) - 1 tbsp of chilli powder - 1 tsp of garam masala - 1 tbsp of coriander powder - 1 tbsp of amchur powder - 1 tsp of turmeric powder - salt - 1/2 lemon - 2 green chilli split

First, boil the arbi till they soften abit.

Then, peel and chop them into bite sized and smash the arbi with a heavy glass.

Brush the smashed arbi with a little oil or ghee and bake them in the airfryer for 30 minutes for 190°C.

Take a bowl and mix all the spice powders together to make a spice mix.

Toss the baked arbi in the spice mix and let it coat the root veggie well. Squeeze lemon and your Sindhi Arbi Tuk in an airfryer is ready!
