Follow Chef Kunal Kapur's easy-peasy recipe to make sooji nuggets at home. Loaded with deliciousness, these can be prepared easily.

• 2 tsp oil • ½ tsp asafoetida • 2 tsp crushed cumin • 1 tbsp crushed coriander • 1 tbsp chopped green chilli • 1½ tbsp chopped ginger • ½ tsp turmeric powder • 1 tsp chilli powder • 1 tbsp coriander powder • ½ cup sooji • ¼ tsp kasoori methi powder • ½ tsp black salt • ½ tsp chaat masala • 1 cup water • ½ cup mashed boiled potato • 1 green chilli • A handful of chopped coriander leaves • Oil

• Heat oil in a pan and saute asafoetida, crushed cumin, crushed coriander, and chopped green chilli.

• Next, add turmeric powder, red chilli powder, and coriander powder and saute for a couple of minutes. Add sooji and combine well.

• Sprinkle chaat masala and pour water. Cook till the mixture thickens.

• Transfer the mixture to a plate and add mashed boiled potato. Combine well.

• Shape them like small nuggets and keep them aside.

• Deep fry these bites in hot oil till they turn golden brown.
