If you are looking for a healthy munching option to satiate your cravings and also indulge in nutritious choices at the same time, make ragi seed crackers following Chef Saloni Kukreja's recipe.
• 1/2 cup flax seeds • 2 tbsp chia seeds • 1 cup hot water • 1/2 cup pumpkin seeds • 1/2 cup sunflower seeds • 2 tbsp black sesame seeds • 2 tbsp white sesame seeds • 3 tbsps ragi flour • 1 tbsp ghee • 1/2 tsp salt • 1 tsp cumin • 1 tsp chilli flakes • 1/2 tsp pepper • Extra ghee to grease the baking tray • Ajwain seeds • Cumin powder • Chaat masala

• Start by adding chia seeds and flax seeds in hot water and keep the mixture aside for at least 25 minutes till its consistency thickens.

• Next, mix ragi flour, ghee, cumin, chilli flakes, salt, and pepper in a mixing bowl.

• Once the seeds mixture is ready, pour pumpkin seeds, sesame seeds, sunflower seeds and ragi mixture into the bowl of seeds and combine gently.

• Lay down baking paper on a baking tray and brush it with ghee. Spread the seed mixture as thin as possible.

• Sprinkle ajwain, cumin, and chaat masala and bake at 150°C for almost an hour.

Once ragi seed crackers are perfectly crispy, cool them down and enjoy.
