Chef Neha Deepak Shah's recipe for Maggi Hotpot is loaded with savoury flavours and healthy veggies. Here's how you can prepare this mouth-watering dish at home.

• 1 Maggi packet • Chilli garlic sauce • 1 tomato • Broccoli • Corn cob • Baby corn • Carrots • Mushrooms • Bok choy • Spinach • 150 g paneer or tofu • Soy sauce • Spring onion • Chilli oil
• To make this soupy bowl of deliciousness, start by adding water to a pot. Make sure to add double the amount of water you use to make Maggi. Pour the entire Maggi masala packet and chilli garlic sauce.

• Next, add fresh broccoli, corn, baby corn, carrots, and mushrooms. You can choose between paneer and tofu.

• Add Maggi as well and drizzle a little soy sauce.

• Cover the pot for 3-4 minutes. Once done, add bok choy and spinach.
