2 cups of multigrain flour 300g of paneer 1 avocado 1 tsp of salt (to taste) 1/4 cup of water (or more for the paste) More Water as needed (for the binding the dough) Ghee (1 tsp while resting the dough)

First, make a paste by blending avocado and paneer.

Then, add salt and multigrain flour and the avocado paste and knead the mixture to form a dough.

Once it's kneaded then add ghee to the dough and let it rest for 15 minutes.

Shape the dough into small balls and roll it out into circular shapes.
