Chef Ameyyaa Mahajani took to Instagram to share the recipe for Turkish Cilbir, a delicious and creamy egg dish that is perfect for breakfast.
1 piece pita bread ½ cup Greek yoghurt 2 large eggs 2 tbsp olive oil 20g minced garlic 10g chopped olives 10g chopped celery 10g chopped spring onions 2 tbsp chilli flakes Grated parmesan cheese Salt to taste

1. Add minced garlic, celery, spring onions, chilli flakes, and salt in a bowl. 2. Then add hot oil to it and mix well. 3. Add chopped olives as well.
4. In a bowl, add yoghurt, some salt, fried garlic, and chopped spring onions. 5. Whisk it all together.
6. You can use poached or boiled eggs.
7. Toast up the pita bread and slice it into smaller pieces.
8. Smoother the Greek yoghurt on a plate, and top it with the poached egg. 9. Drizzle the chilli oil mixture and add some more fried garlic & spring onions.
Serve the dish with some toasted pita bread and enjoy!
