Alyssa Rivers AKA The Recipe Critic has a lip-smacking recipe for Crisp Mushrooms made in an airfryer.

- 450 g of mushrooms (sliced) -2 tablespoons of olive oil -2 tablespoons of soy sauce -3 tablespoons of grated parmesan -1 teaspoon of garlic powder -1 teaspoon of fresh thyme -1/2 teaspoon of salt -1/4 teaspoon of pepper
First, clean your mushrooms well and make sure they are free of any dirt. Pat them dry. Cut them into big chunks.
Then, add the mushrooms into a bowl and add oil, soy sauce, parmesan, thyme, salt, pepper and garlic powder and mix well.

Add the marinated mushrooms into the airfryer basket and cook for 380 degrees F for 5 mins.

Shake the air fryer basket well and cook the mushroom for another 5 to 7 minutes until they are tender. with a crisp edge.

Remove the mushrooms from the airfryer and present them on a plate. Your Aifryer Mushrooms are ready!
