2-3 tbsp of milk powder 400 g of condensed milk 400-500 g of paneer 1 tsp of elaichi powder (optional) Some chopped pistas on top (optional)

First add condensed milk and milk powder into a pan and mix it well under low heat for 2 minutes.

Once it's well combined, add crumbled paneer into the mixture.

Cook this for 4 to 5 minutes until it forms a thick consistency.

It's optional to add cardamom powder and mix well. Remove it out of the stove once done. Brush a steel bowl with ghee. Add a butter paper and transfer the mixture.

Refrigerate it for 2-3 hours. Garnish with chopped pista and cut it into cubes. Your 3-Ingredient Kalakand is ready!
