Veg Seekh Kebab, Anyone? 

Chef Guntas Sethi has a delicious Veg Seekh Kebab recipe made with soya chunks.

Ingredients 

- 2.5 cups boiled soya granules (squeeze out excess water) - 2 grated carrots - 1 finely chopped onion - Chopped coriander - 1 red chilli - 1 tbsp of salt - 1 tbsp red chilli powder - 1 tbsp cumin powder - 1 tbsp garam masala - 1 tbsp soy sauce - 4 tbsp chickpea flour

Step 1 

First, boil your soya granules and strain it out.

Then, chop your veggies into small cubes.

Step 2

Mix the soya granules with chopped veggies, salt, spices and coriander leaves.

Step 3

Add the soy sauce and roasted besan as a binding ingredient. Knead it into kebab shapes.

Step 4

Roast the kebabs on a pan with oil till they are golden brown. Your Veg Seekh Kebabs are ready!
