– Chicken pieces – Plain yoghurt – Ginger-garlic paste – Turmeric powder – Salt to taste – Onions – Ginger-garlic paste – Green chillies – Biryani masala – Tomatoes – Basmati rice – Oil – Fresh coriander leaves, Cardamom, cloves, cinnamon, bay leaves

Combine chicken pieces with yoghurt, ginger-garlic paste, turmeric powder, and salt. Marinate for at least 30 minutes.

Heat oil in a pot. Add sliced onions and fry until golden brown. Add ginger-garlic paste, green chillies, and biryani masala. Sauté until fragrant.
