400-500g of paneer 2-3 medium size onion 4-5 medium size tomatoes (Boil for 10-12 mins) Some salt 3-4 tbsp of melon seeds Some prepared fried onion 1 tbsp of Kashmiri red chilli powder Some water as required to grind the ingredients 1 tbsp of garlic 1 tbsp of ginger 1-2 green chillies Water 1 cup of peas Kasuri methi 1-2 tbsp of fresh cream 1 tbsp of turmeric powder 1 tsp of coriander powder 1 tsp of garam masala 1 tsp of cumin powder Water Oil

Fry an entire block of paneer in hot oil till it's golden brown on all sides. Cut the paneer into cubes.

Fry the onions in the same oil. Then, in a blender, add fried onions, boiled tomatoes, melon seeds, Kashmiri red chilli powder and water.

Roast ginger, garlic and green chillies in a kadai with hot oil. Then, add the paste. Cook for 2-3 minutes.

Add the spice powders, water and peas and let it cook.

Finally, add the fried paneer, cream, kasoori methi and fried onions. Your Matar Paneer is ready!
