You can easily make delicious imli chutney at home in a pressure cooker. Chef Aruna Vijay shared a simple recipe for this lip-smacking preparation.

• Imli • Dates • Jaggery • Water • Coriander • Cumin powder • Red chilli powder • Black salt

• To make imli chutney, start by adding tamarind (imli), dates, jaggery, and water to a pressure cooker. Cook till you get three whistles.

• Let the boiled ingredients cool down. Next, puree everything using a blender and strain to get a smooth paste.

• In the next step, transfer the mixture to the pressure cooker. Add pounded coriander, cumin powder, red chilli powder, and black salt.

• Cook for about 12 minutes. Once done, let it cool down completely.
