Oil Mustard seeds Hing Curry leaves Ginger Onions Green chilli Red chilli Salt Roasted Chana Peanuts Water
1. Take oil in a pan & add mustard seeds. 2. Next, add some turmeric powder and curry leaves.
3. Once it heats up, add ginger, onion, green chilli, and dried red chillies. 4. Roast and take it off the heat.
5. Put it in a mixer jar and add roasted chana, peanuts, and salt.
6. Add water, as required, and blend to make the chutney.
7. Prepare a tadka of oil, mustard seeds, hing, curry leaves, urad dal & red chilli. 8. Add it to prepared chutney & mix well.
That’s it! Your Roasted Chana Chutney is ready to be served and enjoyed!
