Are you in the mood to savour something cheesy but not too unhealthy? Chef Aruna Vijay's mac and cheese is the perfect delicacy to gorge on. Here's how you can prepare this deliciousness.

• 50 g millet pasta • 100 g low-fat paneer • 1 cup blanched spinach • 1 tsp butter • 1.5 tsp chopped garlic • 1 tsp chilli flakes • 1 tsp oregano • 1/2 tsp black pepper powder • Salt • 1/4 cup mozzarella cheese • 1.5 tsp bread crumbs

• Start by boiling millet pasta until it becomes al dente. Drain excess water.

• Next, blend paneer and blanched spinach in a mixer grinder to get a smooth paste. You can add some water to adjust consistency.

• Add butter to a pan and cook garlic, chilli flakes, oregano, and spinach puree.

• Season with black pepper powder and salt.

• Once done, add boiled pasta to the flavourful mixture and mix gently.

• Transfer freshly cooked spinach pasta into a baking dish and garnish with mozzarella cheese and breadcrumbs. Bake for a few minutes till the cheese melts.
