Chef Neha Deepak Shah shared an easy recipe for Hara Bhara Muthia, and it is something you should try out ASAP!
2-3 bowls chopped spinach, methi, coriander 2-3 tbsp whole wheat flour 1-2 tbsp besan 2 tbsp sooji Salt Ginger Green chillies Baking soda 1 tsp oil ½ tsp haldi ¼ tsp hing Water
1. Take some ginger, chopped green chillies, and salt in a mortar and pestle and grind them together.
2. In a big bowl, mix all your green veggies.
3. Then add the ground ginger paste to it. 4. Then add besan, atta, and sooji.
5. Then, add a pinch of baking soda, haldi, hing, salt, oil, and water to it and make a dough.
6. Form log-like shapes from the dough. 7. Steam on high flame for 15-18 mins.
And that’s it! Your Hara Bhara Muthia is ready to be served and enjoyed.
