1/2 cup of soaked moong dal 1/2 cup of paneer (grated) 1 onion ( finely chopped) 1 carrot (grated) 1/2 beetroot (grated) 1 green chili (finely chopped) Coriander leaves (chopped) 1 cup of sattu or oats flour 1 tbsp of ginger-garlic paste Salt to taste 1 tsp of garam masala 1 tsp of chilli powder

Grind the soaked moong dal to form a thick coarse paste.

In a bowl, add the chopped and grated veggies into a bowl.

Add oats flour, dal paste, grated paneer, ginger-garlic paste, chopped green chillies, salt and garam masala powder. Mix well.

Shape the dough into small tikkis.

roast the tikkis on a pan with some oil. Once they are golden brown, take them out. Your Moong Paneer Tikkis are ready!
