• 3 tbsp of chia seeds • 1 cup of milk (almond, oat, or regular dairy) • 1½–2 tbsp of cocoa powder • 2–4 pitted dates • ½ tsp of vanilla extract • A pinch of salt • ¼ tsp of cinnamon powder (optional) • Greek yogurt, -Coconut cream - Whipped cream • Grated dark chocolate

Add chia seeds, pitted dates and cocoa powder into a blender.

Then, add milk, vanilla essence, and a pinch of salt and blend it to form a smooth mixture.

Refrigerate this mixture and let it set overnight.
