- 8-10 Dry Kashmiri Chillies - 1/2 tsp of Cumin - 8 cloves - 2 inch of Cinnamon stick - 1/4 tsp of Peppercorns - 7-8 Garlic cloves - Small piece ginger ( optional) - 150-200 ml Goan Toddy Vinegar ( or coconut vinegar) - 1 Onion medium to big (Sliced) - Oil for frying - 1/2 tsp of Salt - Soaked tamarind (small ball size) - 1 tbsp of sugar (0r palm Jaggery) -Seer fish pieces

First, marinate the Seer fish pieces with red chilli powder, haldi and salt. Keep it aside.

Saute chopped onions on a pan with some oil.

Make recheado masala by grinding sautéed onions, red chillies, soaked tamarind., ginger, garlic, water and vinegar.

Spread the freshly made Recheado masala over the seer fish pieces. Make sure the fish pieces are coated well on both sides.

Fry the pieces on a pan with hot oil. Your Goan Recheado Masala Fish Fry is ready.
