200g of green chillies 75g of ginger 1/2 cup of mustard oil Salt 1 tsp of turmeric powder Juice from 2 lemons For achaar masala - 2 tbsp of coriander seeds 1 tbsp of yellow mustard seeds 1 tbsp of black mustard seeds 1 tsp of fenugreek seeds 1 tbsp of fennel seeds 1 tbsp of kalonji

First, dry roast all the spices mentioned.

Then grind them in a blender to make a powder or spice mix.

Next, grind green chillies (with tops removed) and ginger.

Finally, top it with hot mustard oil, ground masala, salt and lemon juice. Mix it well and your Hari Mirch & Adrak Ka Kuta is ready.
