Digital creator Aishwarya Sonvane shared an interesting Amla Candy recipe that looks amazing and will allow you to introduce this fruit into your diet.
500 gm fresh Amla 500 gm sugar Salt Black salt 2 tbsp lemon juice 1 tbsp cornflour mix with 1 tbsp water 1/2 tbsp ghee

1. Steam fresh amlas for 10 minutes. 2. Once cool, deseed them and grind till you get a paste-like consistency.
3. Transfer the amla paste to a kadhai and add sugar, salt, black salt, and lemon juice to it. 4. Keep stirring the mix.
5. To thicken the mixture, add 1 tbsp cornflour slurry and keep stirring constantly. 6. Add a little ghee and continue stirring. 7. Once the mixture starts to leave the sides of the kadhai, take it off the heat.
8. Transfer it to a butter paper-lined tray and let it sit for some time.
9. Once done, cut it into shapes of your choice & coat them with powdered sugar.
