Chef Guntas Sethi shared an easy and flavourful One Pot Noodles recipe on Instagram and it is perfect for a lazy and cosy night in.
200g noodles ¼ cup sliced green bell peppers ¼ cup sliced yellow bell peppers ¼ cup sliced green bell peppers ¼ cup sliced carrots ¼ cup broccoli florets 1 tbsp chopped garlic 1 tbsp ketchup 2 tbsp Schezwan sauce 2 tbsp soy sauce 1 tsp vinegar 2 cups water Salt

1. Heat some oil in a pot, add chopped garlic to it, and saute it well. 2. Add some water to it and then toss in the noodles. 3. Next, add salt and cover the pot.
4. Once the noodles are half done, add some broccoli, and carrots, along with light and dark soy sauce, vinegar, ketchup, and schezwan sauce. 5. Mix it well and cover the pot again.
6. After the noodles are almost done, add in the sliced bell peppers & give it a toss. 7. Cook it for a few minutes and take it off the heat.
8. Add some chilli oil and sesame seeds on top for extra flavour.
