Ingredients

Pasta Soya chunks Cooking oil Chopped garlic Chopped onions Salt Chilli flakes Red chilli powder Coriander powder Yoghurt Lemon juice Butter Kashmiri red chilli Butter

Here’s What You Need To Do

1. Boil the pasta 2. Next, soak soya chunks in hot water for 15 minutes, squeeze out the water, and then grind the soya chunks.

For Soya Keema Layer

3. Heat some butter in a pan. 4. Saute garlic & onions for 2-3 mins. 5. Add ground soya chunks to it.

Spice It Up

6. Add salt, chilli flakes, red chilli powder, and coriander powder. 7. Mix well and cook for a few mins.

For The Yoghurt Layer 

8. In a bowl, take some yoghurt and add minced garlic, salt, chilli flakes, and lemon juice to it 9. Mix well.

11. To assemble the pasta, add a layer of boiled pasta, then layer it with soya keema, followed by a layer of yoghurt dressing, and some chopped tomatoes and coriander leaves.

12. For chilli butter tadka, heat butter & mix in some Kashmiri red chilli powder. 13. Top it on the pasta and dig in!
