In a large bowl, add flour, chopped methi, garam masala, ajwain, green chilli, salt and ghee.

Make sure you only add the leaves and not the stalk.

Add water to the bowl gradually and start kneading the dough.

Let the dough rest for around 20 minutes.

Make little dough balls out of it and start rolling them with a rolling pin.
