Chef Kunal Kapur took to Instagram to share the recipe for Banana Split for breakfast, and here’s how you can bring it together in no time.
1 banana 2 tbsp breakfast sugar 4 tbsp hung curd 4 tbsp muesli Cinnamon powder 1 tbsp assorted nuts

1. Take a banana and slice it, lengthwise.
2. Put breakfast sugar on a plate and coat the banana in it, on the flat side.
3. Place the bananas on a hot tawa, sugar-coated side first.
4. Once the sugar caramelises, roast the other side slightly as well.
5. Place them on a plate and add the hung curd to it.
6. Top it with some muesli, cinnamon powder, and assorted nuts. 7. Serve & enjoy!
