Stars including Teyana Taylor, Sombr, Charli xcx and more all wore sleek, monochromatic black looks at the 2026 MTV Video Music Awards, which were held on Sunday, September 27, at the Peacock Theater in Los Angeles.
Take Taylor, for example, who looked seriously stylish in a lace Zuhair Murad dress with a plunging neckline and sheer skirt.
Leather looks also had a major moment at the awards show, including Sombr’s performance ensemble, during which he wore the late George Michael’s jacket and matching pants. Shaboozey, Inji and more also opted for the fabric.
