What fragrance are you wearing? It’s Eau de Bodega.
New Yorkers can soon smell like their neighborhood deli thanks to a new soap — the Rival Rinse from Hard Rock Bet.
Yes, that Hard Rock — the hotel brand.
Hard Rock Bet is its online sports betting and casino platform operated by the Hard Rock International — and it’s turning sudsy.
To boost its fan base — and make showering a sporting event — the company is rolling out a slew of soapy scents.
Each soap is shaped like a football, all inspired by cities and fanbases across the country, to “help you wash away the shame, scrub off the betrayal and return to your true colors,” the brand said online.
And Gothamites are in for a real treat.
The company has released a soap for a few major cities, and it’s The Empire State’s turn next.
Rival Rinse will be rolling out SuDway — a soap that smells like a “New York slice with hints of bodega,” according to the website’s description.
Sports fans can rinse off with the blue colored football by scooping up the soap on the Hard Rock Bet Rewards store — which is available within the betting app.
This means, you can’t walk into any store — or bodega — and purchase the Rival Rinse soaps.
The brand said that the cleanser is not for sale, and is only a limited run promotional item.
If smelling like a BEC or your corner’s feline friend isn’t your jam, there are five other unique scents to pick from.
Launching on Oct. 26 at 10 am ET, Dallas fans can lather up with America’s Clean. Dallas fans will be able to use the light blue, football-shaped soap to smell just like smoky mesquite with hints of rodeo.
Philly fans can soon scoop up its Brotherly Scrub soap — a green-colored football with a pungent Philly cheesesteak scent “with hints of liberty.” Much like New Yorkers, customers in Philadelphia will have to wait for that drop.
Three other scents have already “sold out” as devotees snagged the DUUUVALather, Miami Spice and Tampa Bathe.
The football-shaped Tampa Bay soap smells just like oak cask with hints of swashbuckling. Miami residents could bathe with cafecito and hint of Havana winds, while Jacksonville’s DUUUVALather has a tropical citrus with hints of saltwater breeze.
Once the Rival Rinse ad dropped, sports fans were confused.
X had folks up in — smelly — arms as social media users simply commented, “Wtf?” and “Really bro.”
Another betting fan was annoyed they had set their notifications on to receive some information they thought was important.
“Y’all wanted people to put notifications on for some damn soap,” they wrote.
