A brawl erupted between a mob of Argentinian and Algerian soccer fans in Times Square ahead of their World Cup showdown Tuesday, police said.
Wild video shows one mass of soccer supporters shoving its group of rivals before the crowd descends into chaos, with multiple fans swinging punches around 10 p.m. Monday on 46th Street and Broadway in Manhattan.

A child is nearly knocked to the ground during the violent melee.
“Hey, calm down! Calm down! What are you doing?” a woman pleads with the unruly group while liquid goes flying.
A cop orders the rabble-rousers to “stop” as fans are seen flipping the bird at their adversaries, according to another clip.
The NYPD said one fan was taken into custody and slapped with a criminal disorderly-conducct summons.
No injuries were reported, according to police.
The teams are set to face off Tuesday night at Kansas City Stadium in Missouri.
