Hunter Biden has allegedly refused to speak to his 7-year-old daughter he had with ex-stripper Lunden Roberts, who wants a judge to force the former first son to “communicate with his child,” according to court papers.
And “classless” Biden, 55, won’t even let his daughter, Navy Joan Roberts, pick out one of his artworks to keep, the filing claims.
The bombshell accusations were made by Roberts, Navy’s mother, as she reopened a 2019 child support case in Arkansas claiming Biden should be thrown behind bars for allegedly shirking their 2023 settlement in the case.
In the papers filed Wednesday, Roberts claimed she “has reached out to Mr. Biden numerous times about MC1 asking to speak with him, but the defendant, in classic, classless form, refuses to respond.”
MC1 — or minor child 1 — is an apparent reference to Navy.
Roberts, 34, said as part of their 2023 agreement ordered by the judge, Biden must “give to MC1 a specified number of paintings he had created and that she had selected” — those artworks having some value at the time when former President Joe Biden was still in office, the papers said.
Despite this provision, “MC1 has picked out no art … MC1 received some paintings, but they were the ones chosen by Mr. Biden and not MC1,” the filing claims.
Roberts is asking the judge to enforce that part of their agreement since Biden’s artworks, “will be her only real connection to her father and his side of the family to date,” the papers allege.
The young girl and her famous, if wayward, dad used their shared love of making art to bond.
“Things went swimmingly at first with MC1 and Mr. Biden,” the papers claim. “The child and her dad started building the foundations of a missing, but exceedingly important, father-daughter relationship.”
The pair spoke “several times” during calls and “were able to bond,” the filing claims.
But all communication by Biden came to a screeching halt after Roberts published her book, “Out of the Shadows: My Life Inside the Wild World of Hunter Biden,” which “neither disparaged nor derided” him, the court documents allege.
Biden “ghosted sweet, little MC1” when she was 5 and it caused her “emotional trauma” during a family member’s wedding when she began to understand she would never be walked down the aisle or dance with Biden at her own wedding, the papers explain.
Roberts claims that Biden must have feigned “guilt and remorse” about being away from Navy in his successful bid to get his support payments to Roberts lowered from $20,000 a month to $5,000 a month.
Roberts also agreed to drop her demand that Navy be allowed to take the Biden last name as part of the concessions made in the 2023 agreement.
Biden had denied being Navy’s dad until a DNA test ordered by the court confirmed his paternity in 2019.
Roberts said the only way to force Biden’s hand now is to lock him up since he “only tends to act in this case when he has to do so,” the filing claims. She also wants her support payments from him to be increased but does not say by how much.
Even amid Navy’s heartbreak over Biden disappearing from her life again, she said she “could not wait to get to heaven” to “be with (her) dad,” and since he “lives far away and is really busy,” the documents say.
At the same time, she has begun to realize she will never have the lifestyle that her half-siblings enjoy, the court papers claim.
Biden notoriously has a sordid past filled with drug use, hard partying and sex with hookers. He was also convicted at a federal trial of illegally owning a gun while hooked on drugs and he had a conviction for tax evasion. But he was pardoned by his dad just before the elder Biden left office.
Joe Biden’s only living son has four other children, three of whom he shares with ex-wife Kathleen Buhle and one he has with current wife Melissa Cohen.
Lawyers for Hunter and Roberts didn’t immediately return a request for comment Friday morning.
