D4vd’s manager has angrily shut down rumors that he knew anything about the 14-year-old runaway who was found dead in the trunk of the singer’s abandoned Tesla.

Josh Marshall, the founder of media company Mogul Vision who reps the artists, took to TikTok to reply to a video that suggested he was somehow “heavily involved” in the mysterious death of Celeste Rivas Hernandez, who was found more than three weeks ago.

“This video is false and the person is misinformed,” he wrote angrily in a reply. “This is the only time I’ll speak on this matter. FOR NOW.”

“How dare you say something like this with no facts,” he wrote under his TikTok handle, “JMogul.”

He also denied rumors that he had been with D4vd in an expensive Hollywood rental close to where the body was found, a property later raided by cops — saying he mostly works remotely.

“This has been a tough time for my family as I am a father of 3 children. I received no emails and I’m no one’s roommate, I live full time at home with my wife and kids. My daughter is 14 and this news is affecting so many lives,” he railed.

“I never received any emails. I had zero knowledge of anything and I don’t live in California. Also I work remotely 95% of the time and my job doesn’t require me to have much interaction with any of my clients/David, as there are many others that work with him on a day to day capacity, not me.”

His comments come after a private investigator reported that a 2024 email had resurfaced, suggesting that the dead girl’s relatives had once emailed Marshall when she previously ran away, LA Magazine reported.

The private investigator said Marshall did not respond. However, Rivas returned home the following day, fueling speculation that Marshall had tipped off the singer and Rivas that she was wanted by authorities.

Marshall, who rented the Hollywood Hills mansion where D4vd lived, went on to say he does not have any cars registered under his name in California and that none of his cars have been in the Golden State, in response to rumors that one of his cars was in the garage.

“Please use facts with supporting evidence when making comments,” he said.

Rivas’ body was found in the trunk of a Tesla belonging to D4vd in early September, a day after her 15th birthday. She had been dead for several weeks, meaning she was just 14 when she died.

The Los Angeles County medical examiner has not determined a cause or manner of her death.

D4vd, whose legal name is David Anthony Burke, has not been named as a suspect in the sick case.

The New York-born singer’s team previously said the singer-songwriter, who skyrocketed to international fame on TikTok, had been cooperating with investigators.
