Evan Felker‘s wife, Staci Felker, poked fun at the Turnpike Troubadours lead singer’s past romance with Miranda Lambert during a break from his marriage.
Staci, 41, replied to a TikTok comment on Wednesday, October 28, from a social media user who said she resembled Lambert, 42, writing, “Well I can’t tell if you’re blind or trying to start s***. This doesn’t hurt my feelings. She’s cute.”
Staci added: “We have a little bit of history but I won, so I’d be lucky to look like her.”
In a follow-up comment, Staci reflected on having “won,” writing, “Oh a fast track to rehab and getting the life I want!? Sign me all the way up.”
Evan, 42, and Staci were married for less than two years before he filed for divorce in February 2018. After his band toured with Lambert, 42, earlier that year, the “Crisco” singer and Evan started dating.
Evan’s divorce was finalized in August 2018, the same month he and Lambert called it quits.
“Love is a hard road sometimes, and it’s been a roller-coaster ride for me, but I’m definitely thankful for all the ups and downs because I’ve had some really good songs come out of it,” she told The Tennessean at the time. “You’ve got to take the bad parts and put them on paper and then move on to the happy parts.”
Lambert has since found love with Brendan McLoughlin, whom she married in January 2019.
“We didn’t date very long before we got married. And so we sort of got to just really, really, really get to know each other,” Lambert said of the former police officer during a February 2021 sit-down with SiriusXM’s Storme Warren. “It was just us two with no distraction, at my farm outside of Nashville. And so I was really thankful for it because it made us really strong.”
Evan and Staci, meanwhile, reconciled, and he got sober in 2020. The pair remarried that June and are now parents to daughter Evangelina, 5, and son Everett, 4.
In honor of their anniversary, Staci reflected on their first wedding ceremony.
“It’s our 5th wedding anniversary today, so here’s some pictures from our first go round… our starter marriage if you will,” she joked via Instagram in June 2025. “I love you so much, my walkin’ talkin’ proof people can change.”
