Eric Adams’ top fundraiser, whose stunning federal raid first revealed the corruption probe into the mayor, is back to soliciting donations for his long-shot reelection bid, The Post has learned.

Sources said Brianna Suggs has been making calls to Big Apple politicos in the hopes of setting up donor events for Adams as he starts to get his campaign off the ground ahead of the November election.

The 27-year-old operative led fundraising efforts for Hizzoner’s 2021 run — which sparked a series of criminal probes — but had been sidelined due to the now-dismissed federal bribery case against the mayor.

In the weeks after federal agents stormed into her Brooklyn home in the early hours of Nov. 2, 2023, Suggs was moved to an administrative role doing paperwork and off of the fundraising arm for Adams’ 2025 campaign.

But Suggs, who did not return calls Wednesday, has continued to get a monthly $10,000 stipend for campaign consulting since the raids, public filings show.

Campaign spokesperson Todd Shapiro touted Suggs’ efforts on the 2021 and said she’s “been instrumental in attracting additional supporters and forging new coalitions for the Mayor’s reelection efforts.”

“Brianna Suggs has never left the campaign,” he said. “She has remained a key part of our political efforts, working across various campaign operations throughout the years.”

The raid on Suggs’ home sent shockwaves through New York City, as it was revealed Adams’ 2021 campaign was being eyed by the feds over allegations he took illegal political donations in exchange for favors to Turkish officials.

A dizzying number of other federal raids, electronic seizures and arrests would follow over the next year and a half, as authorities led a sprawling corruption probe targeting the mayor and his cronies.

Manhattan federal prosecutors eventually brought a historic incitement against Adams in September, accusing the mayor of illegally accepting free airplane tickets, upgrades and other travel perks in exchange for helping Turkish officials bypass FDNY building inspections to open their new consular building.

News of the raid of Brianna Suggs was the first time the public learned of Adams’ corruption probe.
Brianna Suggs led the mayor’s 2021 fundraising which has been mired in controversy.

While Suggs — who has been described as the political “goddaughter” of Adams’ longtime ally Ingrid Lewis-Martin was never charged, she was repeatedly referred to in the indictment as authorities described her work with the mayor dating back to his days as Brooklyn borough president.

His 2021 campaign’s fundraising operation was also mired in an illegal straw donor scandal. Earlier this year, Erden Arkan, the Turkish-born owner of KSK Construction Group in Williamsburg, pleaded guilty to illegally funneling funds into the campaign as part of one such scheme.

Several others have been charged and also pleaded guilty in other cases connected to illegal fundraising tied to the campaign.

The campaign has denied wrongdoing or involvement in any of the straw donor activity. Adams had pleaded not guilty to the five-count federal indictment, which was formally dismissed last month.

The City Campaign Finance Board has pointed to the investigations, guilty pleas and the indictment as reasons to deny granting public matching funds to the mayor’s reelection bid.

News of Suggs setting up fundraisers for Adams is one of the first real signs of life for his campaign — outside of using his bully pulpit from City Hall — after deciding to run in the general as an independent last month. The full operation has yet to be revealed, with few campaign staff on the payroll.

Adams, who is expected to run on at least two independent party lines, is expected to take on Democratic frontrunner Andrew Cuomo, presumptive GOP nominee Curtis Sliwa and whoever the Working Families Party picks from the lefty runners, City Comptroller Brad Lander or state Assemblyman Zohran Mamdani.
