In Trump’s military, they’re always ready.

America’s heroes are having more sex under President Trump, Pentagon data ahead of the country’s 250th birthday shows.

Bedroom-booster drugs surged to an all-time high in 2025, with a record-breaking 108,332 prescriptions doled out to active duty troops for erectile dysfunction drugs, official statistics obtained by The Post through a Freedom of Information Act request reveal.

The staggering total barely edged out the previous record of 108,323 prescriptions set in 2024.

But it also marks a whopping 16.5% jump from the 92,996 prescriptions recorded in 2021 under the Biden administration.

Defense officials did not immediately return The Post’s request for comment — but the Defense Health Agency data confirms America’s warriors remain locked and loaded.

The surge also extends across the wider military community, including brave veterans, who claimed a massive 639,355 bedroom-boosting prescriptions in 2025. That broader demographic also counts dependents.

It marks a notable spike from the 627,121 scripts tracked the year prior.

The military is sparing no expense to keep its 1.3 million troops at attention. Yet Uncle Sam is still running a frugal operation.

Generics are doing nearly all of the heavy lifting. A staggering 97.8% of all ED prescriptions were filled with generic medications over the past five years.

Name-brand icons like Viagra and Cialis have vanished from the active ledger. They logged exactly zero prescriptions for active-duty personnel in 2024 and 2025.

Generic sildenafil citrate is now the undisputed champion of the barracks. The chemical component of Viagra captured 85,244 active-duty scripts in 2025 alone.

Tadalafil is also seeing explosive growth. The generic equivalent of Cialis marched up to 22,880 active-duty prescriptions last year.

Even niche injectable treatments like Edex saw reliable action. Active troops claimed 197 scripts for the drug in 2025.

Thousands of annual prescriptions are mapped to “Dependents of Active Duty.” Sildenafil is occasionally prescribed off-label to women for cardiovascular conditions.

However, dependents filled 5,264 total prescriptions in 2025. This massive volume suggests plenty of male spouses are keeping military households energized.

America’s finest remain the driving force behind the massive 639,355 prescription haul. Retired service members accounted for the lion’s share of the pharmaceutical support.

They claimed 268,678 sildenafil scripts and 221,940 tadalafil scripts in 2025.

Battle-tested veterans are enjoying their golden years as active-duty troops handle the physical rigors of deployment.

Ultimately, the numbers prove the American military community is always ready to rise to the occasion.
