A dirty former Westchester cop-turned murderous drug dealer who was once Jeffrey Epstein’s cellmate is allegedly making a fresh bid for freedom — with the support of an anti-vax influencer tied to Health Secretary Robert F. Kennedy Jr.

Disgraced ex-officer Nicholas Tartaglione, 57, who is serving four consecutive life sentences for the 2016 kidnappings and killings of four men — is working with influencer Jessica Reed Kraus to try and overturn his conviction, the New Yorker reported.

Kraus, a former mommy blogger and major supporter of Trump, took a call from Tartaglione during her interview with the magazine, reassuring the quadruple murderer that she could help him receive a pardon from the president.

“Trump is known as the pardon President,” Kraus reportedly told Tartaglione, who has insisted since his 2023 conviction that he was framed.

Kraus, who also styles herself as JRK, said that she was in contact with around four different inmates for stories.

The influencer, who has more than 1.3 million followers on Instagram, came under fire recently as she appeared to mock victims of Epstein, the late Wall Street financier and former cellmate of Tartaglione just weeks before his death in 2019 at New York’s Metropolitan Correctional Center.

On her IG story, Kraus posted a black screen with the words, “I was raped 25 times on the island,” before responding, “Maybe stop boarding the flights that you take to the island.”

Kraus, one of the pro-MAGA influencers who was handed the first phase of Epstein files in a binder earlier this year after President Trump took office, doubled down on her criticism of his victims in a subsequent post.

She called on her followers to “examine the facts” before attacking the #MeToo movement for overlooking “facts and common sense.”

“Forgive me, for refusing to embrace a narrative in which college-aged women who boarded a private jet again and again (for years) to vacation & accept payment as escorts to a multi-millionaire, later collecting millions after therapy convicted [sic] them they were victims of rape-Epstein was dead and the only person left to sue was Ghislaine Maxwell,” she wrote in another post, in reference to Epstein’s convicted co-conspirator.

Kraus spent the past five years chronicling the rise of RFK Jr., including his presidential run before he took his role in the Trump administration as Health Secretary.

On her phone, she has a photo folder titled “shirtless Kennedys showing off toned torsos in various boating scenes around Cape Cod,” the New Yorker reported.

She praised Kennedy’s work as Health Secretary, firing 10,000 HHS employees, cancelling $500,000 in mRNA research which helped develop the Covid vaccine, and replacing health experts on the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention’s vaccine-advisory panel with anti-vax skeptics.

“I think, overall, in five months, he’s [Kennedy] done an incredible job. I think he’s gotten more done than any Health Secretary in the past,” she told the New Yorker.

When Kennedy endorsed Trump, Kraus posted a picture of the pair with the caption, “TRUMP KENNEDY = UNITY. You know I fought hard for this.”

Tartaglione — who murdered Martin Luna, Miguel Luna, Hector Gutierrez and Urbano Santiago in 2016 over a cocaine deal gone wrong — was described as a “critical witness” by his attorney during the investigation into Epstein’s suicide, which took place while he was awaiting trial for federal sex trafficking charges.

After kidnapping the four from a club, Tartaglione strangled Luna with a zip tie while the others were forced to watch over accusations that he had stolen $250,000 from him, prosecutors said.

The three others were then shot and all four bodies were found buried on Tartaglione’s property in Otisville, New York.

One of his alleged accomplices shot himself in his car in 2017 as the Feds were closing in while another, Joseph Biggs, was sentenced to 16 years in prison after pleading guilty to killing one of the victims.

Biggs described the killings at Tartaglione’s trial.

Tartaglione has always maintained his innocence, bizarrely claiming at his trial that he ran an animal rescue farm and wasn’t motivated by money, the Journal News reported.

Kraus did not respond immediately to requests for comment.
