No one does casual-comfortable dressing quite like Jennifer Garner. The multi-hyphenate wears wide-leg denim, sporty sneakers and simple tees like it’s her job. It’s a breath of fresh air, delivering outfit inspiration we can relate to — and her latest look included the ultimate fall staple.
Spotted in Los Angeles, Garner wore a pair of medium-washed jeans, sleek white tennis shoes and a slouchy, oversized shoulder bag. However, it was the actress’ gray Chloe cashmere sweater that caught my attention. Unfortunately, it’s sold out across major retailers, and considering it was originally priced at $1,790, it’s likely I would have searched for a more affordable alternative anyway. Thankfully, I found a very similar version for only $27 on Amazon.

The Eshesy Knit Polo Sweater has a similar fold-over collar, quarter-button style and ribbed details that mimic Garner’s choice so well. It even comes in a similar gray shade that gives the Amazon find a spot-on look. The main differences? This iteration has a wool-blend material and swaps the gold buttons for classic black. However, being that it’s $1,763 less, I think those are pretty fair tradeoffs.
The Garner-inspired pullover is simple to style. Wear it with a lace-trim maxi skirt and slingback pointed-toe heels for an elevated dinner look. Or if you’re planning to style it for the office, consider wearing the sweater with billowy trousers and cinched loafers.
Shoppers can’t get over how comfortable the $27 version is. “This sweater pullover is so nice and cozy, I just want to throw it on and cuddle up on the couch,” said an Amazon reviewer. Meanwhile, another called it the “perfect mix of relaxed and slightly preppy” due to the polo collar and button-front details. When you combine comfort with style, you can’t go wrong.
