Kylie Jenner has been sued by a second housekeeper who alleges she experienced racial harassment, racial discrimination and more during her time as an employee.

According to court documents obtained by Us Weekly on Friday, May 1, Juana Delgado Soto began working as a part-time housekeeper in or around May 2019. Three months later, she accepted a full-time position.

While cleaning and maintaining Jenner’s residence, Soto alleges that The Kardashians star and other defendants “failed to provide adequate staffing, assistance or reasonable working conditions despite increasing and unreasonable demands.”

Over the years, Soto alleges that she voiced concerns to management or those above her. In April 2025, Soto allegedly sent a letter to the Kylie Cosmetics founder.

The Met Gala is only complete with reality TV’s favorite family, the Kardashians. The first of the brood to attend fashion’s biggest night was Kim Kardashian, in 2013, as ex-husband Kanye West’s plus one. At the time, she was pregnant with her daughter North and wore an intricate floral gown by Givenchy. Kim soon became […]

“After repeated failures by management to address her concerns, plaintiff wrote a long letter to defendant Kylie Jenner detailing the harassment, discrimination and retaliation and placed it on defendant Jenner’s massage bed immediately before her massage,” Soto’s lawyer alleged in court documents. “Plaintiff expressed numerous things, but most importantly, ‘I need to express just how terribly I am mentally abused…’ and ‘I really apologize for letting you know about all these situations, I know you wouldn’t allow this to happen, if you were aware of it.’”

According to court documents, Soto was allegedly threatened with termination the following day “and instructed never to contact defendant Jenner again.”

On August 6, 2025, Soto allegedly sent a text message saying, “I cannot do this anymore, every day you guys mistreat me, and I have bitten all my nails off. … No matter what I did, no one helped me.”

“Plaintiff had no choice but to focus on her health and constructively discharge,” court docs claimed. “Plaintiff has suffered and continues to suffer severe emotional distress, anxiety and mental anguish.”

Soto is seeking an unspecified amount of punitive and compensatory damages. Us Weekly has reached out to Jenner’s team for comment on the suit.

“I commend her for the courage to come forward and seek accountability, recognizing that taking the first step is often the most difficult,” Soto’s attorney, Della Shaker, told the Los Angeles Times.

Shaker also represents Angelica Hernandez Vasquez, who filed a suit against Jenner, 28, on April 17.

Vasquez claimed she was treated with “hostility and exclusion” by fellow employees. She also alleged in court documents that she was “subjected to severe and pervasive harassment” by other employees on the housekeeping staff. (Us previously reached out to Jenner’s team for comment.)

“Our clients have come forward with serious allegations involving employment and labor law violations,” Shaker said in a statement to Us. “No one should have to choose between their paycheck and their dignity. We will continue pursuing this matter aggressively through the proper legal process, and we remain committed to protecting our clients every step of the way.”
