He took stupidity to the maxx.
An Australian “looksmaxxing” influencer named Ronan Androgenic was kicked off a Jetstar flight home after flight attendants claimed he looked “ill” following surgery in Thailand. The cosmetic jet-setter detailed his jettisoning in a TikTok video with over 1 million views.
“When some jesters are actively f–king with my conscious experience and imprisoning me in a foreign country, I may get angry,” the 25-year-old Brisbane resident captioned the clip.
The Post reached out to Jetstar for comment.
Androgenic is known for promoting extreme body modification techniques in his quest to achieve perfection in looksmaxxing, a narcissistic trend centered around optimizing physical attractiveness.
To achieve this aesthetic ideal, the ab-flaunting Aussie had touted everything from “bonesmashing” to accentuate facial features to peptide use and plastic surgery.
His attempt to take his features to the max hit a speed bump recently while Androgenic was attempting to fly home after receiving an unspecified operation that left his face swollen and bandaged.
The staff had reportedly grown worried when the plastic surgery pilgrim fell asleep and couldn’t be awoken.
“I’m getting kicked off my flight right now apparently, because I didn’t put my medication in my carry-on bag,” lamented Androgenic in the clip, which depicted the moments leading up to his offloading.
“Sir, your (communication) is not good and you’re not communicating with us clearly,” a male crewmember tells the 6ft5 gym shark, to which he replies, “How is it not good? Tell me how it’s not good.”
When a flight attendant observed that he’d “just had surgery five days ago,” the influencer explained that it was non-invasive and that doctors had cleared him to fly just two-days post-op.
“Doctors confirmed, but it’s not decided with us,” the air staffer responded, prompting Androgenic to retort, “‘What do you mean? I’m just (trying) to get on the flight.”
“Do you think I want to come on the flight amped up?” he exclaimed.
However, the flight attendants pointed out that he was in no condition to go, based on the fact that his face looked “very ill” and tired with “swollen” eyes. “When I speak something, and I ask you, your reply was very drowsy,” the female staffer said.
At one point, Androgenic began swearing at the staffers, who said he was disturbing passengers.
After more back and forth, the woman said the flight could not “delay anymore,” and informed him that an employee would help him book another flight at the airport.
This caused the content creator to explode. “What the f–k do you expect me to do? I need to go home,” he shouted. “This is f–king pathetic. You guys actually could have just f–king let me lie in my f–king chair and go to sleep.”
In follow-up clips, Androgenic labeled the crew members “little dogs,” and quipped that he could’ve prevented his extended Southeast Asian sojourn if he had removed the mask and “sucked in my cheeks.”
Commenters were divided over the social media star’s premature deplaning with one fan writing, “This situation is f–ked.”
“People aren’t allowed to be sleepy anymore???? What the hell,” added another.
However, others reprimanded Androgenic over his conduct while some pointed out that the flight attendants were in the right.
“I work in surgery and we always advise people not to fly for at least 6 weeks after surgery,” said one. “Especially if it’s a lower limb, laparoscopic or head and neck surgery.”
In general, it’s at the crew members’ discretion whether a passenger is fit to fly — something they scan for during the boarding process.
“Flight attendants are trained to deal with a medical emergency onboard, but if someone looks visibly ill before boarding, they can be offloaded,” Simple Flying noted.
Earlier this year, Androgenic was arrested near his hometown of Brisbane for being a “public nuisance.”
He was also banned from a nightlife hub in the area.
