‘Tis the season for stylish fall outfits, and Meghan Markle just proved that she’s the cream of the crop with a $1,600 ensemble worn to the pumpkin patch.
The Duchess of Sussex, 44, turned a casual family day with husband Prince Harry and kids Prince Archie, 6, and Princess Lilibet, 4, into a full-on fashion moment while visiting what is believed to be Lane Farms in Santa Barbara, near the couple’s Montecito mansion.
In a clip she posted via Instagram on Sunday, October 26, Meghan donned a brown Anine Bing “Luca” padded jacket ($400) paired with the CO Leather Riding Boots, which retail for $1,195, and are described as “easy to slip on,” with a side invisible zipper and anti-slip rubber padding.
She completed her look — detailed by the site What Meghan Wore — with black leggings and a low ponytail while Harry, 41, kept it cool and casual in dark wash jeans, a hoodie and a baseball cap. The pair were seen holding hands while watching their kids enjoy the festivities.
Meghan’s video showed Archie running through a corn maze, and Lilibet cruising around in a wagon set to Mamas and the Papas’ hit song “California Dreamin.” Fans got to see a rare peek at Lilibet and Archie’s auburn color hair inherited by their dad, Harry.
“Happy Sunday 🎃🧡,” Meghan captioned her reel featuring a scarecrow and more.
After the fun-filled outing, the family carved their pumpkins alongside Meghan’s mother, Doria Ragland.
During yet another stylish outing, Meghan recently wore a $2,490 white sundress by Carolina Herrera that sold out soon after she and Harry, 41, attended the George Zajfen Tennis Tournament on October 18.
Harry and Meghan have been enjoying a more low-key lifestyle in California after leaving the United Kingdom in 2020, when they stepped back from their duties as senior working royals.
The former Suits star recently explained how she strikes a work-life balance between leading her As Ever brand and being a mom of two while appearing at Fortune’s Most Powerful Women Summit in Washington, D.C., on October 14.
“I think you have to work as a team. You’re only as solid as the rest of the people around you,” Meghan shared while taking the stage, noting she is up for the challenge of finding a balance. “I’m still going to go and chaperone the first-grade field trip and run back and try to finish the meetings.”
“I love the creative part, which I think I’ve touched on quite a bit, and the brand is an extension of my aesthetic, but it’s more than that,” she added. “The operational side is so key.”
Meghan also pointed out that she makes her kids a priority, having recently flown home to see Archie and Lilibet between her trips to Paris and New York City.
She added, “Everyone said, ‘Oh, you must have gone from Paris straight to New York’ and I said, ‘No, I need to see my babies.’ So went back to California for a day and then continued on.”
