SciSure announces purchase of Labfolder and Labregister to expand scientific management solutions

SciSure has announced the purchase of Labfolder and Labregister from Labforward, consolidating its ambition to be the base for connected and reproducible scientific research.

Labfolder, a widely adopted electronic lab notebook (ELN), and Labregister, an established inventory management product, will be integrated into SciSure’s Scientific Management Platform (SMP). This platform is uniquely designed to bring together research records, resource management, and compliance monitoring while minimising administrative demands. Both brands will now operate under the SciSure label.

The acquisition also boosts SciSure’s support for the German research community. With Labfolder, Labregister, and SciSure now combined, researchers can access the only globally available scientific platforms with full German language functionality.
