He’s at it again.

The serial road-raging Tesla driver who terrorized California roadways for months has been arrested again after he allegedly assaulted a teen driver in Hawaii — less than a year since his release from prison.

Nathaniel Radimak, 39, is accused of speeding through the streets of downtown Honolulu when he raced past an 18-year-old driver parking her car on Halekauwila Street just after 6 p.m. on May 7, the Honolulu Police Department said.

Radimak has been out on parole since August after he served only 10 months of a five-year prison sentence. He was driving a gray Tesla with an Oregon license plate at the time of the incident.

The hot-headed EV driver gained infamy for his dangerous and at times violent behavior towards other motorists on the West Coast.

Tempers flared on the Hawaiian street when the teen driver yelled at Radimak and an argument broke out between the two drivers.

“The male exited the Tesla and assaulted both the young female and her mother. He then fled in the gray Tesla,” police said.

Diane Ung, 35, said that she was trying to teach her daughter how to parallel park outside their home when Radimak confronted them, according to KITV.

Security cameras captured the moment Radimak allegedly punched the teen driver through the open driver’s window on May 7, 2025.

She estimated that Radimak was driving “maybe” between 40 and 50 miles per hour down the residential street.

“And then her big mouth, you know local people gonna yell out their window, she said, ‘Slow down!’” Ung told the outlet.

Ung said that Radimak struck her and her daughter in the face during the alleged attack.

“Halfway in his car already, and he says, ‘What did you say to me? You better shut your face before, you know, I come and do that the same thing I did to her,’” she said. “Had my coffee in my hand, my ice coffee from McDonald’s, threw it at his car and he came running across the street, struck me like a Superman punch right inside my face. I fell down to the ground. Big gash in my head.”

Radimak was discovered in the Waikiki neighborhood on May 8 and arrested.

He was charged with unauthorized entry into a motor vehicle and two counts of assault.

Radimak was also arrested on a no-bail parole revocation warrant, as he potentially violated at least one of his parole conditions.

His bail was set at $100,000.

Radimak has a long criminal rap sheet dating back nearly two decades across multiple states, KTLA reported.

In one series of events in January 2023, Radimak stopped in the middle of a California Freeway and targeted several vehicles with a metal pipe, leaving noticeable damage to the cars.

He was arrested in February 2023 after several dashcams captured him attacking vehicles on highways in Southern California.

He was charged with four counts each of assault by means of force to produce great bodily injury and criminal threats, and one felony count of vandalism.

During his arrest, police found nearly $30,000 worth of steroids in his car.

Radimak was sentenced to five years in prison, but a parole board cut him loose in August.

The California Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation said Radimak had served “his full sentence as defined by law” and was granted 424 days for time served while awaiting sentencing, 212 for actual days in jail, and another 212 days for good behavior.
