An Arizona man who allegedly recruited a creep to sexually assault his fiancée when she was at home with her children has been pictured for the first time in a chilling mugshot.
Zarian Dyer, 23, was busted at his workplace Thursday for allegedly enlisting 20-year-old Adrian Ayala to assault his fiancée, Bella Torres earlier this month, according to the Buckeye Police Department.
Dyer was slapped with a slew of charges including aggravated assault, sexual abuse, attempted sexual assault, kidnapping and conspiracy, online records show.
The sicko was pictured with a sinister smirk in his mugshot on the Maricopa County Sheriff’s Office website.
Dyer left the couple’s Buckeye home around 6 p.m. on Oct. 16 and minutes later Ayala showed up, according to court records obtained by the Merced Sun-Star.
Torres told police she spotted a “random man” poking his head through her front door who allegedly asked to use the bathroom.
Her 2-month-old son was asleep in a bedroom, and her 17-month-old daughter was standing behind her when she confronted Ayala at the front door.
Ayala then allegedly kicked in the door and forced himself inside and “began to choke her by grabbing her by the neck,” she told investigators.
The struggle continued after Ayala locked himself in the bathroom with Torres and “began trying to undo the button on the victim’s pants but was unable to” before groping her, the local publication reported, citing court records.
The fearless woman eventually pulled the creep outside and into the front yard and put up a fight — pushing him away, slapping in the face and shouting at him as he pushed his weight into her.
After Torres fended off her attacker, Ayala allegedly said: “Your boyfriend told me you’d be into this,” according to court docs.
The creep fled the scene but was nabbed the following day at his Goodyear home — located about 15 miles away — and charged with kidnapping, sexual abuse, burglary and aggravated assault, according to court records obtained by the Merced Sun-Star.
He appeared in court on Oct. 18 and his attorney told the judge Ayala had been brought to the home by the victim’s boyfriend for a “role-play scenario,” arguing he had no intent to commit a felony and believed he had the woman’s consent, the local outlet reported.
After Ayala was arrested, investigators made the horrifying discovery that the attack had been allegedly masterminded by Torres’ fiancé, police said.
He claimed to have gone to Torres’ home after connecting with Dyer online and entering an agreement with him to sexually assault his fiancée.
Electronic devices belonging to Ayala were seized by detectives which uncovered communications between the twisted pair about the planned attack.
It remains unclear what drove Dyer to allegedly orchestrate the sick attack on his fiancée, investigators said.
