The Skinny Confidential’s Lauryn Bosstick on How Her Beauty and Wellness Routine Evolved as a Mom of 3 (Exclusive)

As the founder of The Skinny Confidential, Lauryn Bosstick has built a wellness empire on transparency, efficiency and real-life results. Now, as a mom of three, her personal beauty and self-care routine has naturally evolved — just like her brand.

“Getting back into the sauna and cold plunge after being pregnant has made a noticeable difference in my mood, focus and clarity,” Lauryn exclusively tells Us Weekly. “It is something I felt right away when I started hot/cold therapy again. It’s a dance and not every single day goes as planned, but that’s OK. Soon I’ll be getting back into weight-lifting and exercising more too.”

Keeping up with her routine and mixing in meditation allows the entrepreneur to “show up as the best wife, mother and business owner possible,” she adds.

“[My son] Bond is still a tiny baby, I’m loving this time together and slowly readjusting,” Lauryn, who welcomed her third child with husband and Dear Media founder Michael Bosstick in June, shares with Us. (The couple also shares daughter Zaza, 4, and son Townes, 2.)

The “Skinny Confidential Him & Her Show” cohost also shares that she is all about keeping it “simple” with her regimen “unless I have a day of meetings or a day of recording.”

Her go-to process involves skincare, ice rolling, a facial massage, applying Caffeinated SPF, Brow Peptide and a dash of mascara. At night, Lauryn skips the phone scroll, instead opting to read with her kids and get to bed early “with my mouth tape on, of course,” she tells Us.

TSC’s Mouth Tape was a hot commodity when it first launched with a pink color, selling out within 48 hours before securing a spot as one of Revolve’s top 5 best selling beauty products.

Now, two new colors are officially available as of Monday, September 22.

“We brought in navy and white because I personally find it refined and fresh, and introducing Uniform and Blanc is a way to give people optionality,” Lauryn shares. “With three mouth tape colors to choose from, there’s something for everyone.”

Lauryn tells Us it’s a “life-changing” habit to get into for its deep sleep benefits, plus it’s given her a “stronger and more refined” jaw “after double jaw surgery (twice!) years and years ago.”

When asked which celebrity she could swap beauty routines with for a day, Lauryn reveals that it would be none other than Cindy Crawford.

“She was on the TSC Him & Her Show last year and I had a chance to see her skin up-close. It was flawless. She thinks it’s because she started using SPF every day in her 20s. I do too,” Lauryn says. “When creating Caffeinated SPF, one of the most important things for the team and I was to make it clean, hydrating and lightweight while being effective.”
