A transgender student in woke Loudoun County, Virginia, is under investigation for secretly filming 40 or more underage students in a high school bathroom.

Local ABC 7 reporter Nick Minock said the accused student is trans, and that the clandestine recording at Freedom High School has been going on for three years, citing multiple sources familiar with the matter.

The school’s principal, Tania Brown, emailed parents late last month to alert them that school officials had received a report that a student had recorded another student in a bathroom, and that the matter was being investigated in tandem with law enforcement.

In a follow-up email last week obtained by Fox 5 DC, Brown said the school had reason to believe the filming wasn’t an isolated incident, and urged parents to contact the Loudoun County Sheriff’s Office if they had additional information, and even to review the contents of their electronic devices.

A Loudoun County Public Schools spokesman confirmed to The Post that the district takes the matter “extremely seriously” and is working closely with the Loudoun County Sheriff’s Office in its investigation.

The spokesman said the district was limited in what additional details it could share while the investigation was ongoing, but assured it was “committed to transparency” and providing accurate information as it’s legally able.

“We can also confirm that there are no reports that students involved in these incidents were in a restroom inconsistent with their biological sex,” the spokesman said, without elaborating.

Loudoun County Public Schools remains committed to maintaining a safe and respectful learning environment for all students and staff.

The embattled school district was the site of two shocking attacks at separate schools in 2022 by a 15-year-old skirt-wearing “gender fluid” student who sexually assaulted two 15-year-old girls, whose parents accused Superintendent Scott Ziegler of lying about his knowledge of the assault and trying to cover it up.

The incident sparked violent protests at school board meetings, and the teen was eventually sentenced to confinement in a residential treatment facility and placed on the sex offender registry for life.

Loudoun County Public Schools is also currently embroiled in a legal battle with the parents of two students in the district who were suspended last August for questioning why a transgender student who identifies as male was in the boys’ locker room.
