Talk about a wild ride.
An Illinois woman is suing a popular Las Vegas bar, claiming she was thrown from the establishment’s penis-shaped mechanical ride, causing serious injuries, according to a lawsuit obtained by KLAS.
Amber Zabran claims she sustained the injuries on November 22, 2025 at The Nerd at Neonopolis, located 450 Fremont Street, in Downtown Las Vegas.
“Her foot and/or ankle got caught under the main shaft area of the ride where there is a large cut-out section,” a lawsuit filed filed in Clark County District Court last week reads.
Modeled after a mechanical bull, the phallic attraction tests rider’s ability to stay on the penis. The Nerd Bar, which advertises the attraction as “The World’s Largest Penis”, also features a video game bar and a bowling alley.
“Ride it, slide it, stay on top of the World Famous Gyrating Johnson Mechanical Member Bull ride exclusively at The Nerd. Can you hang on?” the bar’s website reads.
According to the lawsuit, some of the woman’s injuries could be permanent.
“Zabran sustained great pain of body and mind, including serious and painful physical injuries, as well as shock and injury to her nervous system entailing mental stress, anxiety and anguish,” the lawsuit continues.
Filed by Martin Injury Law Firm in Las Vegas, the suit is requesting a jury trial in the case, and special and actual damages, as well as medical expenses, each in excess of $15,000, in addition to attorney’s fees.

Zabran says she and her friends were not asked to sign waivers prior to mounting the ride, and alleges that the employee operating the ride made it more difficult for her to stay on.
Some seen-it-all Vegas locals were having a field day over the news.
“In our layperson’s opinion, this suit is lacking hard evidence. It’s possible there’s a penetrating legal case. Will there be oral arguments? We assume The Nerd is mounting a legal defense,” local expert Scott Roeben opined at Vital Vegas.
